Teens love individuality! Suzephotography works hard to gain the respect of your teen to bring out their personality and individuality. Teens need to feel that they have some control over the photography process and often have some really cool ideas that we are able to use during a shoot. A portrait session in a location that teens are familiar with always helps, as does the fact that Sue really likes teens & is able to have some fun with them!

As with any good portrait sitting, the aim is to show the different sides of the subject’s personality. Suzephotography tries to show their fun side as well as their serious side. If they are active or athletic, arrange to photograph them in the clothes of their sport or activity. Musical? Bring along their instrument!
You can also encourage teens to bring in their favorite things, including pets. This will help reveal their personalities even more, and like little kids, the presence of their favorite things will help them feel relaxed and at home.
